A free-to-air and pay-TV media business in central Europe was struggling with a business transformation initiative. Management identified the need for more efficient business processes and a new organisation structure to turn a loss-making operation into a business success, but needed help to design and implement a new operating model that would gain buy-in from stakeholders.
